Oh, what fun we have around here! Recently the crew got to practice using our SCBA's in a pretty interesting project. We had a building on the compound that had to be cleaned out, and since a mouse or two that had been captured inside that building came up positive for Hantavirus, we had to take some serious precautions to be sure nobody contracted the disease. The project was a rather short one, they were finished by lunch, but all the stuff inside had to be moved out to be decontaminated by UV from the sun.

The 2 views of all the stuff they moved show how much work was invoved. The crew that day consisted of Rene', Amanda, Chris, and Michelle. Needless to say, they had a hot time with all the gear on.
